    League Overview

The Silver Sluggers Fall Hitting League provides players with an opportunity to stay sharp during the off-season through competitive, technology-driven gameplay. Players will hit off pitching machines for consistent pitch delivery and improved repetition.

All team and individual statistics are tracked using GameChanger. In addition, Rapsodo technology will track metrics such as exit velocity and distance traveled. Weekly standings and player statistics will be posted on gamechanger.

Each week will include a specific hitting focus or theme (such as pitch type or location) to help players learn how to make in-game adjustments.

The league emphasizes player development, competition, and enjoyment in a structured environment.
