Spring Indoor Hitting League
- League Details
- Dates - Fridays March 21 - April 18 (5 weeks)
- Location - Sluggers Indoor Facility (8210 Forsythia Street, Middleton)
- Teams of 3-5 Players
- Teams will play 5-7 innings per week or 60 minute time limit.
- League Description
- Hitters hit off of pitching machines to maximize consistency
- Team Stats accumulated with Gamechanger
- Advanced Stats obtained using Rapsodo technology to capture exit velocity distance travelled.
- Stats and Standings will be updated every week
- Winners are determined by most runs per game
- Game MVP is awarded by most number of hits or highest exit velocity
- Designed for players to have fun, get hitting reps, and compete against one another
League Rules
- All Games are 7 innings or 60 minutes.
- Players will choose their own batting order for the game
- Hits/Outs will be determined by Rapsodo technology and Sluggers Coaches
- Sacrifice bunting is allowed to move the runners to the next base. Judgement of success, out, hit will be made by Sluggers coaches.
- Pitcher will be a pitching machine to keep the pitches consistent
- Each week Silver Sluggers will choose a specific theme of type of pitch or location to help the hitters learn how to adjust
- Games will be scored on Gamechanger
- Additional acknowledgement will be given to the team with the highest exit velocity for the week.

League Details
Rosters
All players must be rostered (see below for instructions). You may have more than 5 players on your roster, and have the players sub for each other through the season. We recommend only 3-5 players for your team, but will accept 6-7 for any game. Having more players just limits the amount of at bats for each player.
Waivers
All players must sign the Silver Sluggers Participant Waiver before participating. Please send this link to your players.
Gamechanger
We will also be using Gamechanger as our official scorekeeper. Silver Sluggers staff will maintain gamechanger and keep score during games.
Season Schedule
The game schedule for the first 3 weeks will be posted 1 week prior to the season, posted on Crossbar team pages.
The last two weeks will be matchup games to increase the amount of competition. Game time slots are 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm, 7:30-8:30pm.
League Rules
League rules are posted on the Hitting League page. We do not need coaches for any team. the players just need to be there and ready to hit at their game times. We will have some space (about 30-45 minutes before game times) for players to warm up.

Rostering Instructions
Please see below for instructions to send an invite to your players so that they can be added to your roster.
1. Go to your team page (online with a browser)
2. Go to Teams dropdown
3. Click on your team
4. Go to Roster
5. Click (email sign) "Roster Players" (top right of roster page)
Follow instructions to add number of players and emails for player (family email) to invite them to the team.
Your players must accept invite to be added to your roster. They will receive an email from Silver Sluggers/Crossbar to invite them to the team. Players must complete a short registration form. Once completed, they will be added to the team and can update their profile with additional emails for family members and player photos for the roster page.
